Amy started her sex and relationship coaching journey as a Women’s and Gender Studies major at Duke University, graduating in 2007. This passion was put on hold when Amy decided to pursue a career in law, graduating with highest honors from law school at the University of Florida in 2012. Amy then practiced as a business litigation attorney for 13 years, becoming partner of a 300+ attorney firm, as well as Deputy General Counsel. With this background, Amy uniquely understands the demands on professionals such as attorneys and others in the corporate and business worlds. Amy is a counselor in every sense of the word. In 2022, Amy began her return to her true passion of sex and relationship coaching, earning her certification as a sex coach* and starting “Confident Connections.” 

 

Amy has also performed stand-up comedy and participated in improv acting and brings exuberance, energy, and attention to detail to each client and their journey.

With a deep understanding of both the emotional and legal aspects of human connection, Amy helps individuals and couples navigate the complexities of love, desire, and partnership with clarity and confidence.
